Post Thanksgiving Dinner

We decided to cook some steaks outside for black Friday, since it wasn’t that cold (high 40’s). I used the Uniflame wood stove along with a cast iron too cook the steaks. Pretty traditional ribeyes; simply cooked with butter, garlic, and rosemary (seasoned with salt and pepper of course).

While we waited, we had some Mezcal to keep us warm.

Not shown in the video…we also made some roasted carrots, roasted brocollini, and some roasted mini potatoes – all delicious!
