The weather was great this past weekend – so we decided to get back into our hiking game! I am trying to be better about tracking my hikes and documenting what I have done versus haven’t, to hopefully explore new routes next time. I am using a tool called OnX Maps to help me with some of that. Additionally, it also helps me while hiking to keep track of where I am on my route!
I ended up creating a custom route to meet some specific criteria I had in mind, which the app was also great for! Ended up with this route, which was a combination of their brown and orange trail for a total of a 4 ish mile loop.
It’s a great little hike to get in the mood for the season! Looking forward to some great hiking in 2024!
